Billing and Financial Arrangements

Prior to your exam, Merrimack Valley MRI must have your complete medical insurance information and other coverage information in cases where your MRI exam will be covered under a workers compensation, auto accident, or other claim. Please be sure to bring your medical insurance card and all other coverage information with you to the exam.

Merrimack Valley MRI is an independent MRI facility. Your insurance coverage for our services may be different than coverage for other services provided directly by Holy Family Hospital. For questions about your insurance policy coverage, please consult your insurance carrier directly. For questions about MRI billing, you may contact Ms. Brenda LaValley at our billing office between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday—(978) 682-3004, ext 15.
